We purchased this wifi cable modem because we wanted to stop renting one from Xfinity. Long story short, our internet was acting funky when my kids were gaming and we realized this specific model was not working properly with the speed of Internet we had through Xfinity so we ended up going back to the Xfinity modem.
This was fine and worked perfectly for anything else (our smart TVs, surfing the internet, I even work from home and never had issues), itwas just the gaming that lagged.
